Dude', I may not be the best person to give advice when it comes to countering bad customer service, yet....I so want their phone number and your info needed when calling them because I would like nothing more than to ream them a new buthole on your behalf.
Your pics are showing some serious faults or settings IMO. Something is wrong, again, IMO.
