Because I hate Sony! If this Blu-Ray wins the war; Sony's gonna be upgrading everything every couple of years to make more money. Making consumers having to upgrade their home theater systems just as often.
I honestly think that DVD being pushed out already is total B.S.! It's only been around for less than ten years. Technology needs to slow down!
