I think the contestants are scripted, that Southern guy last week kept saying the dumbest quips every time they talked to him.
Stuff like:
"It reminded me of wrasslin' pigs back home"
"Ain't nothing to a country boy like me!"
"It was like herdin' cattle on my barn when I was a boy!"
...I'd have to murder him if he actually talked like that normally.
