Well, two things:
1. There are many excellent HD DVD exclusive films.
Zodiac,
Children of Men and The
Bourne trilogy just to name a few.
2. The Toshiba HD DVD players are stellar upconverting players, so if you're thinking about getting a new DVD player, what not get one that also plays HD DVD?
