Mystified by Omar's disappearance, Marlo and Chris ramp up their efforts to locate their nemesis. After attending a sparsely attended waterfront ceremony, Carcetti fires away at a larger press event — and recasts himself as a champion for the homeless. Bunk revisits some old leads in the rowhouse cases, but is frustrated in his attempts to get bloodwork from the crime lab. Templeton looks for a perfect follow-up to his latest, nationally covered story, which has replaced the city's educational crisis on the paper's priority list. After the detail gets more manpower, Freamon presses McNulty to get new surveillance equipment, but the resources aren't as deep as both hoped. Pearlman discovers new clues pointing to corruption in City Hall; Marlo makes new appointments at the latest co-op meeting; McNulty takes a peculiar interest in a homeless man.

-Omar is a bad mother fucker yo, he managing to take people out while being handicapped. thought i would've liked to know how he got from the ground to the janitor closet.
-Did Scott just tell a story without lying? LOL @ Gus saying it "felt like the real deal." That's what happens when you don't make shit up.
-So now it's Tommy Carcetti, Defender of the Homeless? Yeah, that's not gonna work.
-I laughed at Detective Monk. "Huh? Yeah, she good."
-Loved the scene with Chris and Snoop at that apartment. It's great to see a rare glimpse at Chris' human side, this time with concern over his family.
-McNulty's shit is out of control. Taking homeless people and dumping them in VA after taking their ID? It's like that now?
-So Prop Joe really did have someone working on the inside. I always thought he got his "inside information" via public records and funny voices. Wonder who the leak is.
-God bless Bunk. Doing genuine po-lice work in the middle of this.
-Well, looks like Rawls is being the good soldier in getting the seat warm for Daniels.
-Whiting's a bitch.
-So sad to see what Randy has become in the group home
