Well being a PS3 Blu-ray movie player owner i will agree that the fans do indeed get a bit loud when going through its cycles. Much like my PS2 system this will be my temporary/initial Blu-ray player to get me into the market. I will eventually get a standalone player (maybe a Toshiba Duel HD Player?) so i can enjoy "the option" of bitstreaming my audio to my Onkyo 605 and finally enjoy he DTS-HDMA tracks from Fox and New Line. (although Live Free or Die Hard core DTS still was demo/reference material) I'm not saying bitstream is better then LPCM as i haven't heard them side by side, and more then likely would not be able to tell the difference between the 2 anyways. Still it would be nice to see them lights shine on my receiver
