Without knowing which model number it is I can't give you a specific opinion on if it's a good display or not. But I have two Samsung displays, one 61" DLP in the living room and one smaller LCD in my bedroom. I've been very happy with both of them. So unless you've noticed some problem with it, I'd keep it. The 25000 to 1 contrast ratio is in theory the ratio of the black to white area. The higher the number the better, so don't echange it for something lower. But manufacturers tend to fudge the numbers a bit and the conditions they arrive at them, so they aren't quite as meaningful. The 120hz in theory helps reduce motion blur and judder. I haven't seen 120hz in practice, but again, in theory the higher the hz the better. As I said before, unless you notice something wrong or don't like the picture, I wouldn't exchange it. It sounds like you have a pretty good display. Of course if space is an issue and you need the smaller one for that reason it's understandable. 46" is awful big for a bedroom (insert your own sexual innuendo joke here).
