I missed watching this on Sunday, but was planning on watching the airing this comiing Saturday night. Sounds like it's not worth sitting through.

I liked the original Knight Rider, at least the first couple of seasons. Loved that episode with KITT and KARR.

Once they turned KITT into a Transformer in season 3 or 4, that's when I gave up on it.

Read that the ratings on the show were decent. Not sure if it's enough to greenlight a TV series, but considering how bad most of the NBC shows are doing in the ratings department, I wouldn't be surprised if this got turned into a TV series.
