I started getting bored quickly. It was just so... cliche.
Spoiler (Highlight or Triple Click to Read):| I like fighting humans. I like having to deal with a variety of changing situations. I don't need to fight aliens to feel like this is taking place in the future. The first half of both Crysis and Far Cry were excellent. Once they started with the mutant/alien bullshit, I just got frustrated. I can't explain why I'll give Halo a pass and Crysis a slap upside the head, but I much, much prefer to have to deal with human opponents than aliens as a plot line. |
