Sure there is. An achievement is just that, an achievement which you could have pride in - some more than others

. The developer programs the parameters to get the achievement, and however you reach those parameters does not matter. After all, the devs get to set ALL of the rules to unlock the achievement. If they made it too easy or simply didn't think of a certain scenario that would unlock the achievement easier - well, that is their fault, not the player's. The player's job is to unlock the achievement period, not necessarily unlock it exactly as the dev expected.
Of course, some specific achievements are more difficult to get than others. So its not only your GamerScore (which really shows how many games you play and how thoroughly you play them), but also the specific achievements for each game found within that player's gamercard. The Avatar achievements, for instance, are not as "cool" as a COD Veteran achievement.
