Well, it was in the early days of the format, and by comparison to other blu-ray's he might have felt it was okay. You can tell it is high definition, but it's just not a good transfer at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it got a remaster double dip later on. Lionsgate could make a lot on people buying the better version, with a clean picture and a lossless soundtrack.
