No, because they are filming their stuff in 3d to start with. There's a difference between filming in 3d, and trying to take a 30 year old 2d film and convert it to 3d. Even doing a new film 2d and then converting, you have the opportunity to photograph it in a style that will lend itself well to the 3d conversion (depth of field, constant focus, etc) if you know upfront you are going to be doing that. But you do have to film specifically with that in mind, not decide to do it as a gimmick later on down the road when it's in the can, ala Superman Returns). When Lucas was filming Star Wars in the 70's, I don't think the cinematography necessary to make it work in 3d was really on his mind.
