Have the PS3 version. Friend picked it up for his 360. Neither of us have lock up issues. Folks, both versions are IDENTICAL out of the box. It really comes down to your controller preference if you're on the fence.

I to am dissapointed with the "random havoc"

It's allot more difficult.
But the story missions are incredible

(the story at least, expect classic PS2 GTA objectives)

Def. not a perfect 10, but close to.
