Generally there is a mix of classic and brand new games in the arcade.

For the classic ones, usually they have a near-perfect emulation of the original game, and then they have an enhanced mode you can play also. So basically they give you the option to play exactly how it was, or one that is a bit spiffed up. Things like online leaderboards for score competition across the globe as well as integrated online play + achievements make these games much more appealing and fun on XBOX 360 than the typical PC MAME emulation.

Usually, classic games cost 400pts ($5) while new games cost 800pts ($10).
