Yup. That's the codename the first series (of the newer series) went under while in early production.
I tried to like Torchwood, but just can't get in the groove of it, I guess. I only made it about 1/2 way through series 2, and haven't taken the time to watch the rest... but that's just me. I bet they look great on BR, though.
