For me these are simply part of my childhood, and I love them. The 1st of course being the best, part 2 being not quite as good but still lots of fun(I actually probably liked the second better as a kid, because of all the bright shiny things
), and part 3 is very meh, it's just this side of enjoyable.
And yeah the chicken thing is dumb, it's completly opposite of the rest of Marty's personality. And it was obviously the only way the filmmakers could find for him to agree to do some of the things he does. Looking forward to the Blu Ray releases for these!
