Dropping in to share my opinion about the movie. 3 things that stuck out for me.
1) How kid oriented the movie was. All Star Wars films are attractive to kids, but adults only. This seemed very kids oriented.
2) How out of place the music was. This isn't to say it was bad, just didn't have that Star Wars sound to it. It was the use of vocal pieces I think that made it seem off. It felt very Lord of the Ringish.
3) The story overall wasn't that great. I think they could have picked something a lot better to start off the TV show with. Hunting down Jabba's son. It was just sort of boring.
On the good side I liked the use of camera angles in this. There was some clever camera work, or artistry I could saw.
