for years I have been using a monster subwoofer power surge protector.
With this power center is a signal nois filter. I was running the subwoofer cable from the receiver to this surge protecter and then ran a cable to the sub. He is what I realised after ising a cable for 5-6 years. It is not a subwoofer cable or an RCA it is a Coaxial digital cable!
My big question is did this compromise my subs playback or is it OK.
I guess what I am asking is what is the difference petween using a coax designed to send multible signals and a subwoffer cable (single RCA)?
