Both in-store and at BB.com, all Sci-Fi and Fantasy DVD's are 10% off their everyday price.

Be careful, though...items you pick up from the Television, Anime, Box Set, and Disney sections that would otherwise qualify won't automatically be rung up at the discount. Be prepared to complain if they try to weasle out of it. I almost got burned on a Star Trek TOS volume, and the two New Outer Limits discs. A quick holler to the top dog, and some disbelief that those items wouldn't be considered "SciFi", and I had my discount.
