FREE DVD

Hi!

As probably most of you have, I sent in an that Warner-offer-thingie where I was supposed to get a FREE DVD after having bought 4. Now, here's the thing. It's been 3 months, and I still haven't recieved my free dvd. Any one know a phone-number I can call to check up on my order????

Any feedback appreciated!!

I'd start with their web site if you haven't already. There should be a customer service number some where on it.

When Disney was taking five months to send me my two free DVD's, that's where I found the contact number for them.

Actually their web-site has nothing to do with this offer: it is handeled by a different company alltogether. However, I know that the phone-number is to be found on the recent promotions included in new WARNER and NEW LINE DVDs. I'm looking for that phone-number. The little sheet of paper is kindda orange in color and pertains to the BUY 5 get 1 FREE offer.

Feedback greatly appreciated

This may be completely the wrong number, but I was given this to track down a problem with a different industry-wide promotional DVD offer.

I am getting sick and tired of all the mail in for free DVD offers. I just hate that they don't make it easer to prove that one purchased the required DVDs. I am a collector and refuse to cut up the booklets or the covers to get a free DVD.

Why can't they just insert a proof of purchase inside the packaging?

Any other suggestions anyone?

Well what about them wanting the original store reciept? That has prevented me from sending away for some free stuff because there are other things on the same reciept.

Well more and more rebate offers allow you to send in a copy of your receipt. My problem is not that. .. it is the cutting up of the booklets or covers.

Also if I go for a rebate I pay for each item w/rebate on an individual receipt.

Cutting up the box isn't an issue with current Warner Brothers DVDs. The proof of purchases are perforated inside the box.
