Does Sam's Club get releases on the actual release date? - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I'm asking this 'cause I'm hoping that the Alien Quadrilogy will be there for cheaper than whatever Best Buy or Circuit City will carry it for.

Anybody know if Sam's does in fact get major releases on Tuesdays? From what I remember, they get books when they become bestsellers (this might've changed by now).

yes, they generally get releases the same day as everyone else. However, their selection is slim compared to places like Best Buy.

BJ's Wholesale Club will be carrying that title (it was in their last catalog mailer), and they usually try to keep in step with each other. No word on price yet though.

They don't necessarily get all the titles on release day, but they seem to get the big titles, especially with Box sets. If its a big set, ie Alien Quad is, then they will most likely be getting it.

Wuz up,

Yes, Sams Club Sales new releases on DVD. They do have a low selection. If you want to know what they are selling and their prices you can look at the Weekly Roundup by Unicorn To this Weeks Weekly Roundup. It will tell you what they are selling and their prices. This is according to the adds and the net, so the prices might not be the same, but it will give you an idea.
He also post other adds too.
