WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!?!?!?!

I did a search on Lady Death thinking "it couldn't possibly be based on the comic book series right?" Well it fuckin'-A is.

Is there any advance reviews anywhere for this?

Thanks bunches,

Noto.

Wow, I can't believe those prices on the new Untouchables and Deep Impact CE. I'm not getting Deep Impact but I will get the Untouchables.

DVD Vision Japan review

I remembered the LD comics more for the gimmicky covers (I admit I have a few :p ) than for the storytelling or art. I'm giving this a rental for nostalgic reasons.

Untouchables from DDD (already in the mail).

Aladdin PE & Fahrenheit 911 at CC with a BB pricematch on 911.

Thanks for the prices.

Moogle, I bet you're glad you left Clearwater. I've moved from Port Charlotte to Bradenton for a year until we rebuild. What a mess PC is.

Shit man, what a fucking horrible year eh? I'm supposed to go down this month and see my family and help 'em out... see what I can do. Only a few of my friends and family were really hit... most of them north or south of my home town. I feel for you man... I grew up there for almost 18 years, plus spent the better part of last year there, and I never had it as bad as this... good luck to your family...

According to Best Buy's website, it is described as a...

"...special 29-minute bonus disc, Jason Forever, which contains a lively "Jason" panel discussion from a Fangoria convention. It also delivers interviews with cast and crew, including 4 actors who have played Jason over the years."

Please

Please wait to post these till Sunday.

On behalf of the DVDFile Moderators, and our community, I ask all people not to do this.

HTF got into a bit of legal trouble because of these leaks, and it's no fun when your fave site has to shut down the message board because of a cease and desist order.

So, if you could (even though I love reading them early like everyone else), we've gotta keep this off the boards.

Thanks-

Mac

The Best Buy & Circuit City ads have been posted here early for, literally, years. Is this crackdown something new?

I agree. Besides, the flyers are sent to newspaper retailers almost a week ahead of time anyway. It's not like those ads contain Manhatten Project-like secrets.

Then why don't the mods speak for themselves. This just sounds a little strange, and not to be rude but why would they appoint you?

Thanks for the info! That isn't enough to get me to double dip for these films, though.

Sounds like a retail manager who is tired of being undercut by the ads.

Does no one in here read the HTF forum? Dang dudes, I don't want these guys to get under legal troubles. I was an admin of a site that was ordered a cease and desist by WMA (William Morris Agency), and we had to shut down because to not use any likeness of their talents (or any other talents that their agencies might object) was taking 50-75% away from the site.

Not that this is anywhere NEAR that... and on behalf is not really right becuase no one asked me. But why wait for the owners of DVD File to ask us? Is this really THAT important?

If HTF was noticed, DVD File can't be too far behind.

Keep posting if you want, but don't say I didn't say it wasn't a good idea.

Also... I don't work for a retailer. I work at a movie theatre. So, the buying and selling of DVD's has no effect whatsoever on me. Look how long I've been here, and my posts. I love reading the ads early, if I was really hating it all this time, I wouldn't have timed it with the stuff that happened at HTF.

I'm really surprised no one here is an HTF member.

I don't see how we could get in trouble, if they wanted to fight it. It's not like we searched out a mole in these organizations and are publishing secrets. Basically someone got them early, and can post them if they want. There isn't some confidentiality clause in telling other people what you saw in a weekly circular. Maybe Best Buy should be more worried about not having such a lose ship with this flyers.

These ads are printed up over a week in advance. I already have Best Buy's NEXT flyer and it is only Monday.

And me. I speak for the forum with my Class 4 Level Clearance. Basically not only do I run this site behind the scenes (sorry about the lack of updates) I also moderate all members, but refuse to ban anyone, delegating that job to the "Moderator." I can also read all of your PMs, edit your posts and have the ability to make anything you type come out as "monkey" if I so desire. I also secretly mock you all in the Admin-Only area, especially Marq.

Bottom line, watch your step around me or I will send Taxi to hit you upside the head with a Madacy Home Entertainment DVD of my choosing.
