So I wandered into Circuit City today to pick up a $10 CD, Usher - Confessions, because I had a $10 giftcard from buying Star Wars:Battlefronts and I walked out with a Panasonic DMR-E80H for a $130, yes $130.

I wandered through the AV department and noticed a lof of good open deals. Samsung HD turner for $114, TIVOs for $40 etc. and I looked down to see two Panny DVD-Rs. One had a HD and was marked $129.96 and the other did not have a HD and was marked $189.96. Needless to say I dropped the CD and ran out to my car to get my wallet :p . The guy scanned the tag and it came up $330 something. He went back to the manager and they said it was a mistake from corporate and it had been on the shelf for a week. So they honored the price and I picked up the extended service and bam, a $600 DVD Recorder for $130.

Actually I think he just needed to run around making a high pitch whine because of his amazing discovery. That is what I would have done anyway.

I was actually there and saw the whole scene unfold. The reason he had to run out for a moment was to help a lady tickle a midget in a tree.

Well I don't know the mods moved it here. I had it in the open, but check your Circuit City as the manager said this happened more than likely company wide.
