Daredevil: Director's Cut

DVDEmpire has pre-orders going for $13.59.

That's a nice low price on the movie. It makes me wish that I didn't get the first release last year. I liked the movie well enough, but I don't think I'll be double dipping. It's nice to see a low price for those that want to go that route though.

I'm the same way, mtcarmel00. I got the original release and don't plan on "upgrading", but I saw the price and thought it was low for those who do want this edition.

I'm tempted to Pre-Order this. But what has me hesitant is, why is it so low? Will it be a significantly low price at B&M stores on it's release, or will there be special collectors packs availible or what is the deal?

I'd be surprised if it's much more than $15 on sale at the big B&M stores.

I'm thinking it's just a pricing mistake. There was something similar on DVDEmpire a while back for The Manchurian Candidate. I pre-ordered that for a total of $15.37, including shipping. MC is now priced at $21.12.

I think the price is what it should be. Even in Canada we can get it for $16 or 17 new at Future Shop. The first edition is only $10 everywhere else.

Now for the Manchurian Candidate are we talking original or remake, because the original is only $13 Cnd

I posted a thread that the remake was mispriced at DVD Empire for $13 and change. Vonner, myself and hopefully others got in on it. It is now priced at over $20.00.

when i check dvdempire they still have it at $13 and change... and list price is $19.99???? so cant be a missprice..

oh ok.. i was looking at the daredevil link.. witch still has the $13 price.. and best buy website shows it at $14 bucks so dvdempire might be right this time.. i hope thats the price...
