Wow, I will certainly take advantage of the Target TV on DVD sale. Guess it's finally time to pick up Smallville and Lois and Clark. What's One Tree Hill?

Same here... BB's website lists the Masterpiece Collection at $84.99, which I think is a damn good price for 15 discs.

yes it is, I hope it's a similar price in the store. Could you find Hitchcock presents on their site? I couldn't find it and I typed it in several ways.

No, I couldn't find Presents listed anywhere either. Amazon's price (thanks for the suggestion Dilmo) is $27.99, MSRP being $39.98. I'm thinking BB should sell it for anywhere from $29.99 to $34.99 if I was to take a guess.

Now I gotta wonder what the Star Trek Motion Pictures DVD Collection will run.

I'm glad you pointed that out, as I barely glossed Target's prices over. At those prices I will definitely finally give Smallville a try, and I might even get Lois And Clark.

From what I have been reading in other forums, it looks like Warner is either dropping prices on some of their sets or just offering them at a low price for a bit. Wal-Mart and K-Mart have been reported as having many Season 1 & 2 sets already on sale at either $18.88 or $19.99. Titles mentioned include those above plus Smallville Season 2, Dukes of Hazzard 1 & 2, Dallas, ER 1 & 2, Nip/Tuck 1, and a few others that I cannot remember off the top of my head.

I need some food, so I'll go to Wal-Mart and check this out soon... Nip/Tuck would be awesome, if true.

I had thought I would never get "Lois & Clark: The Adventures of Superman", but for $18.88, I'll definitely be stopping by Target on Sunday morning.

I went to Wal-Mart for some food tonight and none of their TV sets were marked down any more than usual. Nip/Tuck was $45... Lois and Clark was $40.

I will get Lois and Clark for sure on Sunday... Smallville looks hokey to me...

Don't be surprised if Hitchcock is hard to find. I have made calls to both CC and BB. They said they could get them for me, but probably will not carry them. I'm just a messenger.

neither of the Wal-marts here have a real good selection, but I did get ER S1 and Law and Order: SVU for $19.xx each.

they has Smallville S1, but I'm not sure if i'll like the show. But I still need to get Lois & Clark at Target or Kmart.

Target was out of everything by dinner time, and the shelves looked like another hurricane was coming in. Crazy. I went to Wal-Mart and price matched and Got Lois & Clark, the only one I really wanted.

No love for Hitchcock? I know Alfred Hitchcock Presents has been long awaited by a lot of people. And I think there would be enough people looking forward to anamorphic transfers of Psycho etc to warrant a couple of the Masterpiece collection sets. ugh...they better have it. Media Play might have it but they always charge so much more for stuff.

Well, okay, I got the Hitchcock set and Cinderella at Best Buy today. I used $25 worth of accumulated Reward Zone coupons plus a 10% off coupon and got the Hitch set for about $65. But it took me a while to get a Circuit City pricematch for Cinderella because the fuckwit at the service desk couldn't read the damn flyer I brought in right. Still, I eventually managed to haggle the price down. Also, they were all out of the Fly SE, but I managed to get a raincheck for the this week's sale price, so next week I'll be able to get The Fly and The Fly II for the 2-for-$20 price.
