That'd bring the Six Feet Under Complete Series to around $160!!

So, do they not accept the codes for preorders? I was looking to get a couple tuesday releases and wouldn't give me the discount. Probably best to just wait until tuesday eh?

Nice. I picked up the 36 episode Poirot TV collection for $107 and Angels in America for ~$20.

This is a great time for picking up those outrageously priced HBO series.

For some HBO recommendations for people not knowing what to pick up, I would recommend:
Epitafios (Epitaphs) - Spanish Language Series from Argentina. Murder mystery, excellent
Elizabeth II - Helen Mirren is awesome.
Angels in America
Band of Brothers
Sopranos
Rome

Preorders arent accepted. Out Of Stock DVDs are, and will be sent separately when it comes in stock.

I received my shipping confirmation. Very quick. Much quicker than last year.

I just got the Buster Keaton box set from Kino and the complete Jeeves and Wooster series, which I have been wanting for a while. Got those two and Barcelona, Amelie, and Police Squad for $200, Amazon's price being around $325 for all that. Ouais! Thanks for the heads up guys

Is there any greater pleasure in life than getting a box of Kurosawa films in the mail?

SilentBob, when did you place this order?

I placed my order on Friday, 11/17, and am still waiting for it to ship. 7 of the 8 discs I ordered are in stock.

My last order in June shipped out the next day. But checking my records a year ago, it took almost a week for my order in November to ship out. I guess I have to wait about a week for it to ship out, then another week to arrive. At least I've got a backlog of DVDs at home to watch to keep me busy until the new shipment arrives.

Well my order went in on the Sun the 12th and said it shipped on the 15th with everything in stock. Now the shipping is different for me because when it reaches the boarder it has to go through customs and they charge a duty fee on top of my order (adds Cnd tax of 14% Still works out to be cheaper) Still nothing received but should hopefully see something this week from them or at the least early next week

Looks like my order, placed on 11/17, shipped out today. 5 days later, not bad. At least it got out before Thanksgiving, so I can hopefully expect to receive it around next Thursday or Friday.

Well happy to see my order arrived today and no duty fees BUT sadlywhen i opened my package there was no Batman Beyond - 2nd Season that i had ordered I have sent an email to Customer Service to see what they can do about this.

Anyone had any customer service with DDD.com and if so how were they at fixing your problem?

I assume the packing slip had it listed without any notation of a separate shipment?
I've found the CS folks at DDD.com to be fairly responsive, although since this is just after the big sale it might take a bit longer than usual.

Just a final follow-up, my order arrived amazingly quickly for Media Mail shipment, arriving yesterday after shipping out last Wednesday. If mail was not traveling on Thanksgiving, it took 3 business days for me to get the delivery by their free Media Mail shipping. Previous orders in the past have usually taken 6-10 business days, some as long as 25 days.

One disc that was out-of-stock shipped out yesterday, so I'm curious to see if that will arrive as quickly.

Well i shall also provide an update. After not receiving an email response on my missing Batman Beyond: Season 2 set a week late ri decided to give them a call to get things done. Lady was great on phone and had them pack me up a copy and send it off to me. Today after only about a week and a half (which is fast for the Holidays and Customs) my DVD arrived again with no duty charges or anything.
