Got all those up to here. More polls coming soon (in fact, I'm 2 days behind!!)

Edit: MiddleEarthGirl, I had to group your 13 Ghosts remake with the thrillers.

Got a bit lazy you might say. If we have remakes come up again I'll include it there too.

Super/Comic Book Hero Poll

I think with all the new Comic Book cross overs to film we could talk about some older transitions from paper to film

Superman
Batman
X-Men
Spider-Man
Men in Black
The Mask
Ghost World
Blade
Blade II (i can't believe i forgot them both)

. . . and a lot more i'm sure. Its has a big range of movie genre for all to vote for. Just a thought

I would also add:

The Crow (Which I think is the 2nd best comic movie behind Superman)
Superman 2
From Hell
Road to Perdition
Batman Returns (Better than the first)

Check it out here .

We've discussed that film. Would a sticky "FILMS WE'VE DISCUSSED" thread be useful?

As I've said before, Film Class never really closes.

They are listed in the "WHAT'S IT ABOUT" thread that is sticky, but it looks like there's a need for 'something else'.

So...give me a day or 2 and I'll make a new thread for JUST the films we've done and will do. Sort of a FAQ for this section.

Sound good?

I welcome this sort of feedback, folks. Honestly, it makes my 'job' easier when you tell me what you like/want.

Or just add to the "What's it About" description something along the lines of "including list of titles that have been discussed previously".

I would like to nominate One Hour Photo now that it is out on DVD so we can get a big discussion going.

Got everything up until this point. Taxi Driver has already been discussed.

Look for weekly polls, everybody! Shouldn't take a couple weeks to get to everyone's choices up till here.

EDIT: Also got MiddleEarthGirl's and Sepiroth's below.

It would be nice to see a discussion on either The Ring or Ringu like two weeks after their release on March 4th. Just a nomination.

Hello. I would like to throw in a couple of nominations as well

1) The Long Goodbye. If you're going to discuss The Big Lebowski(which is one of my favorite Cohen Bros films), why not this lovely little film?

2) Stormy Monday.

That's it. Thank you for your time.

I'm not sure how many of these have been done or nominated, but here goes...

The City of Lost Children - One of my absolute favorite movies.

Three Kings - In my opinion, an underrated sleeper.

The Maxx - I know it's not on DVD, (and why not!) but there are so many levels to this animated adaptation that people could discuss forever.

A.I. - Brilliant movie ruined by a crappy Spielberg ending.

Fight Club - I hated it the first time I saw it, now I can't watch it enough!

Btw, nice to meet you all!
