This film was really insightful and quite funny also. I just wanted to discuss it with other board members.

I rather enjoyed it, aside from the precept that GM somehow has a responsibility to its employees that overrides its obligation to its shareholders. That's all a corporation is for: to further the interests of its shareholders.

The local government of Flint, on the other hand, is there to further the interests of its citizens. And man, did they fuck that up. To this day, Flint is a wasteland, and it has just as much to do with the city's bungling as it does with plant closings.

This movie is unintentional comedy gold in some parts, sad social commentary in others

The Rabbit lady comes to mind concerning the funny.

I love it, I own it, and it made me appreciate "Wouldn't it Be Nice" on wholely new levels, just from playing over the end credits.
