I had no idea Shwartaman was a member of that family. The Baldwins and the Hustons re other big families that come to mind. Also Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher.

If movie music had a royal family, it would be undoubtedly be headed by Alfred Newman, father of Thomas Newman and uncle of Randy Newman, among other score composers...

Random Trivia: Newman comes third in a list of all-time oscar nominations , only bested by Walt Disney and MGM. I believe that with this year's nomination, John Williams has tied Newman with 44 nominations..

Alfred is also the father of David Newman (Ice Age, Hoffa) and the brother of Lionel Newman (conducted lots of film scores, like Jerry Goldsmith's Omen trilogy and Alien).
