Is it Polanski in drag at the end of Repulsion?

I've watched Repulsion many times and I've only just noticed that right at the end of the film when the neighbours gather in the room where her sister is standing transfixed and Carole (Deneuve) is under the bed, one of the female neighbours looks like it could be Roman in drag. He/she looks so much like the Simone Choule character he dresses up as in The Tenant it's just too much of a coincidence. And yet in the commentary Roman only talks about his uncredited performance as a spoon player. It seems bizarre that he wouldn't mention it if had played this part but maybe it's something he just built on in The Tenant?
