Heh. I keep it on a pillow because the milk crate it's on pretty much does jack squat to muffle the PSX sounds. When I play that one it's usually late night and I have the volume turned down so everything is silent. It's really annoying to hear "re-er re-er re-er" constantly.

Here's mine...

The sweet spot (center speaker is right below the TV).

The DVD rack and a few posters.

A close up of the DVD rack.

Where the magic happens and the rear speakers.

The Halo figures. I'm still looking for Cortana.

Hey, manicsounds. Would you mind picking up a copy of Vib Ribbon for me?

I'll have to take some pictures of my setup now that I've moved it ever so slightly.

Well I just took some.

Here's the spread. On the sub to left is my NES, on the top right is my PS2, the second shelf from the bottom is my Xbox & below that is my SegaCD with Genesis. I'm an awful photographer so the picture on the TV looks like crap.

On the other side of the room sits a 2600 & a SNES, waiting to be plugged into the TV. Notice the fabulous books?

In my recording studio is a modified 2600 (separate audio/video outs) running Synthcart through a groovy seventies TV I bought at a flea market for $7.

It's been all about my relatively new Xbox lately, but the Colecovision is still high on my list of must haves. I'm dying to play Smurf again!

Is that a Audigy 2 ZS platuinm Pro I see? I thought you don't like creative. You also said the 5.1 gaming is for XBox.

no, its a audigy 4 pro, which is the first creative card to have an analog stage rivaling pro cards. I don't like creative, no, (how can you like a company that doesn't even put drivers on their website?) but in this case they put out a card that rivals the pro cards while still being a good gaming card.

5.1 gaming is for xbox the setup i have on the pc is 4.0 and doesn't have a dd/dts a/v receiver etc, which wouldn't fit well in a computer room. Though the two sound relatively similar for gaming, physically they are very different. There is no way I could use a center channel with a PC, a sub would take up too much room, and surround speakers are already in an impractical place. So surround is best left to the home theater/TV room where you can hook up your consoles.

hey I own a ps2, didn't stop me from bashing it

Seriously though, I am impressed with the Audigy 4 PRO. Creative has finally put out a card that offers pro-audio quality while also offering good gaming. The best compromise between both worlds I have seen to date.

Looks sweet...those speakers? They look like they rock! Here I thought I was the only one with real speakers in my PC setup. I got a pair of some old Marantz SP2008's. Two way, 8"/mid-bass, and a 1" tweeter for each. They 'claim' to go down to 42Hz too.

Now...I didn't expect to see that keyboard, but did expect to see a very uncluttered area. The only thing that bothers me is that painting man.

It's creepy looking..

Well I finally got an LCD monitor and was able to clean up my PC gaming space, so I'm not ashamed to post it. Got the Samsung 930BF today(4MS response time, DVI). Also have P4 3.0 with Asus board, Geforce 6800GT OC, Audigy 2, with Klipsch 5.1 speakers. Oh, the katana is made of 4096 Layered dual steel folded blade, and if fully combat capable.

I don't have any pictures yet, but I just replaced an old 25" TV with a new Olevia 26" LT26HVX that I picked up over the weekend at CompUSA for $499 (after rebates). Playing the Xbox 360 on that is just fantastic! Its nice in PGR to actually be able to read the descriptions of the cars.
