XBox 360 Password reset

So, someone set a parental password on my XBox 360, and I need to know how to reset it. Anybody know a way to do it?

I checked out several forums, but non of the suggestions offered seem to work when I tested them on my system. Maybe try calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX?

EDIT: Just a thought, but did they set a secret question, and if so is it something that could be answered?

Xbox ***update***

So, calling MS solved the problem. I can now watch HD DVDs on my Xbox 360!

I'd like to know how to get rid of it. I accidentally set one trying to find the password for my live account, hate having to enter it to sign in online. As for the Live account password, it's not anything I ever used whatever it is. Guess when that credit card expires, no more Xbox Live for me.

Was it something that MS did, or did they provide you with a method to reset the password?

Sorry I didn't get this sooner, but their tech support was actually helpfull. They gave me a sequence of buttons to push. I'll see if I can find the envelope I writ them down on...
