TVersity and the Xbox360...
Not sure if other 360 have discovered this great little program, but I recently ran across it. I've heard about how if you have a Windows Media Center PC that you can connect your 360 to your PC and play your media files through the TV etc. Unfortunately for me, I don't have a PC with Media Center. So I found out about this program called TVersity, it's free and pretty much does the exact same thing. You start it up, drag and drop the folder with your media etc...assign some IP address / ports, which it tells how to do on the webpage and boom, I can play all 40gigs of music on my PC through my living room stereo, wirelessly, on the 360, with no lag.
Pretty cool stuff I thought. Can also play .avi files etc, etc. So, if this would interest you, get the program from http://tversity.com. |

Haven't really bothered with streaming videos to my 360 because most of my videos are in divx and the 360 won't play those unless they get converted first and there ain't no way I'm doing that. I will try the program though looks like a slick little program.
