Pirate is turning into a Nintendo fanboy.

That said, I got Metroid for the Wii today... and it doesn't work.

It’s easy, sure, but I’ve enjoyed it. The minigames are fun (I like Mario poker) and I enjoy the new graphics and powerups—I get a sick thrill out of Mega-Mario tearing up the kingdom.

New Super Mario Bros. is awesome PH... it was a good purchase. I would have put $200 toward a 360 or PS3 first is all.

The 360 is next, but I'm waiting until I replace my TV.

Also...

Nope, don't think so. Why would someone want this thing slimmer? Its thin enough, I feel like I might drop it every time I pick it up.

The slimmer one has better battery life and HD output to a TV as well. I would take it back and swap it, it's the same price.

I picked up Marvel Ultimate Alliance again for the 360. Played it when it first came out and loved it. My buddies and I are playing it co-op which is great.

Moog: just curious as to why you got Warhawk with your hatred for online games?

I wanted to give the genre a real good try and Warhawk seemed like a good game for that purpose. Plus it has splitscreen for the roommate and I.

I've been busy with Metroid and Lair so I haven't gotten into Warhawk much, but when I do I'll throw you a line. My PSN ID is "StingingVelvet"

I also got lair on your suggestion and the controls aren't bad as how the critics are saying. I only had a problem once or twice. Now back to warhawk .

My old DS was still working just fine, but I saw how much better the screen looked on my dad's DS Lite, so I figured, what the hell.

Is there a way to transfer save data from one DS game to another? I rented this first and then bought the game. Now I have to start from scratch since my save is on the rented card.
