When Uncle Sam sent me my tax refund in the mail last month, I went out and (finally!) bought myself a PlayStation 2 along with the following items:

1. additional Dual Shock 2 controller
2. a 2-pack of Sony PS2 8mb memory cards
3. Grand Theft Auto III
4. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
5. .hack//infection
6. No One Lives Forever
7. Action Replay Limited Edition cheat code CD with 16mb memory card

My next game purchases will definately be:

Enter The Matrix for Xbox ($50.00 at CompUSA)

The game is awesome! Some of the martial arts moves you can perform are pretty sick!!! The graphics and level design are also very well done! My advice to people, though, is to see The Matrix Reloaded before playing this game. Not only does the game give away a few of the movie's plot points, the game's story might not make much sense unless you've seen the movie.

Freedom Force is a really fun game!

Anyway, I recently (within the past month, that is) bought Battlefield 1942, and ordered Battlefield 1942: The Road To Rome Expansion Pack. Still waiting for the expansion pack to arrive, though. Battlefield 1942 absolutely ROCKS!!! My favorite activities in that game are piloting the aircraft and helming the Navy ships and submarines! Though, it's also a great feeling knowing you've just nailed an enemy aircraft with an anti-aircraft gun, or sunk an enemy ship or sub with an anti-ship artillery battery!!! If you're playing it online, and one of the other players is someone named StarWarsTrek (capitalized S,W and T), that's me!

I found Resident Evil 2 for Gamecube used for $20 today. I was planning on picking up the Dreamcast versions because of the $40 tag on new copies but those were $15 - $16 so I figure, $4 more isn't bad.

I really want the other two Resident Evil's (2&3) for the Gamecube also, but not at $40. I mean remake and zero are already cheaper then that (zero is $20 and remake is $10 used at Blockbuster). Where did you find a used copy of RE 2 for $20?
