Question: Unreal (Xbox)

After playing a multiplayer instant action game (deathmatch, CTF, etc.) The scores come up and then a few seconds later the game restarts on the same level. I know you can pause the countdown to check out all the stats but is there any way to change the level without exiting to the main menu? Every time I have to get everybody to exit out and then start over from the main menu.

I love this game but sometimes I get the feeling it was rushed to be out when XBox Live launched.
