YES!
I'm thrilled about it. I'm pretty sure the Japanese got it a while ago, and in a nice little gift set with books and conceptual art of Final Fantasy. I wonder if the game will have redone cutscenes ala FF Chronicles and Anthologies, both of which I own. I need these to complete my collection!

They're both on one disc with improved graphics (SNES quality) and opening and ending cinemas. The odd thing IMO is that this means the only FF not on the PSX is FF3, and they probably wouldn't release it on it's own, so we will probably never get it
