Eternal Darkness for $30 at Target

I saw Eternal Darkness and a few other GC titles for $28.88. I think that's an excellent price to take advantage of. Sorry, I have no idea if this is permanent or temporary. I've heard that ED had surprisingly lukewarm sales, which I find dissapointing to hear, as I think it's one of the top 5 GC games ever. But this may be why we're seeing it at this price, and I have a feeling ED will be $30 at other places too.

Other games for $30:

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Luigi's Mansion (shouldn't this be $20 by now? I'd buy it)
Pikmin (looks interesting)
NBA Courtside
Sonic Adventure whatever it's called

and for the really masochistic,

Disney's presents Mickey's Magical Mirror

For $40:
Capcom vs SNK 2 EO
WWE Wrestlemania X8

Pikmin is an awesome game. $30 is definitely worth it.

I want Capcom vs. SNK 2 (it's been so long since I've played a good 2D fighter - ), but I read and heard it just wasn't that good of a game. ED may be worth a purchase for only $30, though.

These are 'Temporary Price Cut' items; the length of the sale is specified on the tag (usually runs for 1-2 weeks).

Unfortunately, Luigi's Mansion is sold out in my area (one of those titles I've been waiting forever to be discounted too ), but there are lots of copies of the others, including Eternal Darkness. As great as the reviews are, this isn't on the top of my want list (for $20, I'll pick it up ).

I know the GC has a small library, but I think some of the older titles should start receiving discounts. Who's going to pay $50 for Rogue Leader when they can snag a copy for under $20 on eBay?

I'm really disappointed that this year's Black Friday deals on console software are seriously lacking. Most of the sale titles I already have, so I'm going to sleep in late for a change.

I'm waiting for Pikmin to hit $20, but ED is a definite pick-up now...

Same here. I'm totally disappointed in this year's deals. If the price drop on the system went into effect I would have been in line getting one or two for some friends, but since it hasn't I have no reason to.
