Unreal Championship Problems
For the past hour I've been trying to play Unreal Championship online and every freakin' time I'll find the type of match I want and attempt to join, only for it to say "Connecting to insert server name ". Anybody else have this issue or is it just me? I've done broadband tests and they all say my connection is fine, but I trust those as far as I can throw a dead prostitute.
BTW, just got Unreal Championship today! a day early birthday present.

Unreal Championship has a kind of crappy interface. If you pick Quick Game, and the server does not respond, when you hit retry/A, it will try the same non-working server again. You have to B out, and hit quick game again. If you don't feel like doing that, you can just use the New Session option to create your own game, and other people can join it. I have gotten the "cant find server" message a number of times (it means a person's p2p server has closed, but they were still registered in the master server list), but hitting Quick Match again usually finds one.

I picked the opti game and chose what I was looking for and I see the list of matches that are available but everyone will load up the appropriate arena and then just give me the previously mentioned message. Oh well, I'll try hosting my own or just keep trying it over and over again. Thanks!
