If I remember correctly I had an NES rom of this before... I didnt know it was actually made into a cartridge though... wonder how much that is going to go for

That's totally a bootleg. I'm pretty sure the english translation on the ROM was a fan translation and anyone with the right tools can put a ROM on a cartridge. He obviously knows there's no legit copys of this game, otherwise he wouldn't have included screenshots.
