They were on the Philips CD-i (and the many other brand CD-i systems). There were so far from traditional Zelda it wasn't even Zelda anymore. They had these ugly ass cut scenes too. Horrible animation.

Damn... neck and neck... what was hard about the Water Temple? That shadow guy was annoying, but the temple itself?? I must not remember.

the fact you had to raise / lower water levels, search around, get lost, etc. It was a doozy.

Beleive it or not, I beat the Water Temple in Ocarina without the water tunic. I didn't even know it existed until I beat the temple. And then I was all like "SON OF A BITCH!"

I was going to vote for the original as it was the first Zelda game I played and feel in love with, however A Link to the Past was just awesome, so it got my vote.

I had a CD-I and the Zelda games that they had for it, and I can confirm that they sucked bad...more than bad. Those were among the worst games I have ever played. I can't believe Nintendo allowed those atrocities to be made

i think the scariest part about these images is that it looks like it truly is a Zelda Advnture. the character looks like someone in a dress. so is Zelda actually the hero for this game????? that is kinda scary

I had to vote for A Link to the Past. This and Super Metroid are arguably the best games to come out for the SNES. Hell, there arguably the a couple of the best games to out of the 16-bit era!

I liked Orcarina of Time alot, but found it kind of easy. As a matter of fact, I increased the challenge for myself by playing through the game without collecting extra hearts(I think I saw that suggested somewhere in a Nintendo Power or Gamepro mag). I was able to do it, but I have to admit that WAS difficult. You have no choice but to approach the bosses strategically.

I thought A Link to the Past was pretty easy when I played it recently, but it may be because I played it a whole lot before...
