As of this post, the Starmen.Net EB2/M3 petition has 30,887 signatures. That has surpassed the 30,000 signature goal. Of course, as is the history of online petitions, this doesn't mean jack shit, but it's still good to know there are so many people interested in, (IMHO,) the greatest game. Ever.

Ever since the constant delays and eventual cancelation of EB64 (IIRC, it was to make use of the - also canned - 64DD) and I found Ness in Super Smash Bros. (N64) I've been hoping in the back of my mind that they would bring back EB.
Although I believe EB64 never involved the old characters anyway (same with EB0/M1.)
