Ever order used games from EBGames.com (or other places?) - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I have never ordered a used game from an online retailer. If I go online, I usually go eBay so I can annoy the seller with 1,000 questions before I bid. Anyway, EBGames.com has a good price on a game I want and I've never seen it in the B&M store. What's the general opinion on them for used disc based games? I don't want to end up with just a disc and empty jewel case.

Its hit or miss. I've bought two games off of EB.com and one was a game and jewel case and the other was in great shape and complete. If worse comes to worse I guess you could return it.

Lets see, ive ordered time crisis 2, robotech CE, sega soccer slam, and Gunmetal from ebgames.com, and they all have come in perfect condition... hell the robotech didnt even look like 50% of the stuff had been opened before... They usually have great deals on the used stuff, especially since they put up the 25% off preowned coupon so much

I agree, EB pre-owned is a good deal. I've never had any problems and have ordered a few times, mostly older PSX stuff...
