There's a really interesting article (interesting in a pseudo-intellectual way) over at Game Girl Advance about the burgeoning lexicon being developed by game developers, reviewers and a growing class of people who are viewing games as a "legitimate" media.

The article talks about "interactivity" and how games naturally put up boundaries - even the so-called "open-ended gameplay" of GTA3. In intellectual-humor style (ugh) there's a video that's simultaneosly amusing and boring, of a guy trying to play GTA3 as a Canadian tourist to Liberty City.

Anyway, the article was interesting.
