Good online turn-based strategy games? - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I have a hankerin' for a good online turn based strategy game that still has a decent following (like that of WCII) and will run on a 475 MHz CPU with 256 MB RAM, and a generic 32 MB graphics card. Suggestions?

The hands down best strategy game is Heroes of Might and Magic 3... there is a HOMM4 out, but it sucks, still alot of ppl who play HOMM3...

I was gonna suggest Civ 3, but it will run like hell on that pc, it did on my old 600mhz system

Maybe Civ 2 Multiplayer Gold Edition or Civ 2 Test of Time or Call to Power will work on his computer? I like Civ 3 a lot too, but it does take a lot of resources to run well (why is that?)
