I was under the impression this would be coming out on the Gamecube as well.

I don't know what happened, but these are the official announcements for E3 so far. Perhaps it was delayed or cancelled?

Only 23 titles for Gamecube is a bit depressing.

Note that E3 is still a bit ahead, these are just titles confirmed so far for being shown at E3, it is likely more titles will be added over time for all consoles - for instance Ubisoft has not yet confirmed their lineup yet so its not on the list.

Dont take anything Ruined says about the cube as gospel. You'd think the cube killed his family and violated him anally from all of these posts.

Of the games mentioned these are the ones I am looking forward to hearing about. Silent Hill 4 is also supposed to be out on Xbox.

As for tha Cube. There are only three exclusive games I am interested in

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker 2
Metroid Prime 2
Resident Evil 4

That sounds about right since now I see that Mega Man Collection and Killer 7 are no longer exclusive.

It looks like it could be your average beat-em-up. If they include original cinemas I might be sold on it.

GamesIndustry.biz wrote a decent article on the state of Gamecube software publishers here, worth a read.

Note that if a title is being showcased at E3, it may just mean it is being demoed. Perfect Dark Zero probably won't come out in 2004 (why give Halo2 competition?), in fact it may not even come out for XBOX1 even if it is demoed on XBOX1, I'd guess it might be an XBOX2 launch title. There is no telling yet what its release date will be, though - we'll just have to wait until E3 and hope for some more solid info.

Re: E3 game list

100 Bullets (PS2, Xbox) - Because I like the comic book. But just as with every other licensed game, I don't hold high hopes for this title.

SHOWDOWN: Legends of Wrestling (PS2, Xbox) - Another LOW game to anticipate. I'll get hyped over the classic wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and even Andy Kaufman, only to realize it's still the shittiest wrestling game around.

THUG 2 (Cube, PS2, Xbox) - Already?! I hated the non-skating missions in THUG. I wonder what they'll add this time.

Cowboy Bebop (PS2) - Just like with 100 Bullets. I love the show but my expectations are low.

Killer 7 (Cube) - I've been looking forward to Killer 7 since the initial announcement.

Mega Man Anniversary Collection (Cube, GBA, PS2) - That's a given.

Onimusha 3: Demon Siege (PS2) - Just because Jean Reno is "in" it, I want it. :p

Resident Evil 4 (Cube) - Unlike most people, I still enjoy the Resident Evil series. I'm definitely looking forward to playing this one.

Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (PS2) - With a good arcade stick, this will be one hell of a game.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (PS2) - The game that thinks it's a movie. I've enjoyed the first two. I don't think this will be different.

NeoContra (PS2) - From what I know, this is just a Shattered Soldier "remix." If it gets uber-cheap maybe I'll pick it up.

Silent Hill 4 (PS2, Xbox) - Silent Hill is one of my favorite franchises today.

Conker: Live and Uncut (Xbox) - The original was hilarious. I'm looking forward to see how they've improved upon it. Also, until I actually play it, the online portion looks like shit.

Jesus! This is a long list. I don't have time to keep going.

The idea has intrigued me since it's initial announcement a couple years ago. But I have yet to see any screenshots or anything.

I am wondering if since this is the second time that Driver 3 will be at E3 (I think) and since it is almost to be released..that maybe they will...fingers crossed be releasing or debuting a playable demo there..now wouldn't that be super cool.
