Lightbulb PS2-sized PSX cover art

edit: ok, so here are the ones I am doing and the type of case they use.

Bold indicates cover is finished
Italic indicates cover is currently being worked on

Amaray Single
--
Atari Anniversary Edition Redux
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Chrono Trigger
Final Fantasy Tactics
Ford Racing
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Metal Slug X
PS2 Network Adapter Startup Disc
Rayman
Street Fighter Alpha 3

Amaray Slim Double
Chrono Cross
Dragon Warrior VII
Grandia

Alpha 3-disc Slim
Final Fantasy VII

Alpha 4-disc
Final Fantasy I-VI
Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX

* Use borderless printing for proper sizing. On Alpha triple slim and Alpha quad cases, the cover will not span the entire case - this is normal and a casualty of letter sized-paper.

Atari Anniversary Edition Redux
Chrono Cross
Dragon Warrior VII
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy Anthology (FF5/FF6)
Final Fantasy Chronicles (FF4/Chrono Trigger)
Final Fantasy Origins (FF1/FF2)
Final Fantasy Tactics
Grandia
Metal Slug X
Rayman
Street Fighter Alpha 3

Also:
PS2 Network Adapter Startup Disc
because its not in a DVD case

Thanx

Unless I get no response to this, in which case :p
For all the Final Fantasy games, maybe buy an 8 disc dvd case if such a thing exists and make a cool compilation cover.

Seventeen discs to be exact. :p And I think this is the closest you're going to get.

Ruined, just put those fuckers next to your PS2 games. Nothing wrong with that.

My PS2 games are happily coexisting with my XBOX games. Would be nice if all three could mingle as one. The compilation idea is awesome tho. Too bad its so many damn discs

I will just do them a few at a time when I am bored

Re: PS2-sized PSX cover art

I have no skillz at all. But I would certainly love ones for these...

Chrono Cross
Dragon Warrior VII
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy Anthology (FF5/FF6)
Final Fantasy Chronicles (FF4/Chrono Trigger)
Final Fantasy Origins (FF1/FF2)
Final Fantasy Tactics
Grandia

Even though I don't own 4 of them. They are the last four PS games I ever plan to get. (bold ones)

Wouldn't mind ones for...

Bushido Blade
Castlevania
Danger Girl
Dance Dance Revolution & Konamix (Double?)
Dino Crisis 1 & 2 (Double?)
Fear Effect
Ghost In the Shell
Metal Gear Solid
No One Can Stop Mr. Domino
Parasite Eve 1 & 2
Resident Evil Survivor
Silent Hill
Spider-Man 2
and Xenogears

Then my games can be cool to.

Are you going to do the same for your Dreamcast games ruined?

EDIT: Rayman cover above is good to go, final version.

As for DC games, I've made CD-sized covers for the bleem! games in the past. I have retired my Dreamcast, so I probably won't be making any other covers for it anytime soon.

Does anyone have a high res box scan for the front cover of Final Fantasy for NES, or know where I can find it?

I am going to make them like this:

Final Fantasy I, II, IV. V, VI, 4-disc Alpha Compilation
Final Fantasy VII 3-disc slim alpha
Final Fantasy VIII 4-disc alpha
Final Fantasy IX 4-disc alpha
Chrono Cross - Slim Amaray 2-disc case
Grandia - Slim Amaray 2-disc case
Dragon Warrior VII - Slim Amary 2-disc case

And all the rest will be in single disc amaray cases.

Will probably also do castlevania.

Yeh I've been using various original covers from different websites and plus fansite graphics as sources to draw from in order to make the DVD cover. Unfortunately I haven't really found any sites that have PSX covers in DVD-sized cases (that look halfway decent), so I've started making custom ones which have turned out pretty cool.

Well done Ruined. But I actually prefer the PSX smaller jewel cases. I take all my PS2/Xbox games dvd out and put them in a folder, and I put the boxes away in my closet because they take up too much room.

*SHUDDER*

Some kid was in EB the other day trying to trade in a binder full of PSone games to get an XBOX... no cases or booklets, and all of them scratched to fuck from the sound of it... he thought he would get enough for HALO and an XBOX system, and they gave him like $30... HA! Take care of your shit boy!

Anyway, nothing to do with you lastblade, just reminded me of it...

No matter what size the case is I think it looks good once you get more than a handful of them together.

hehe, sorry if I reminded you of those kids... I keep all my gaming stuff in minty condition. I usually sell stuff back or trade in anyway. I used to be a collector but now I have no room to hoard. But still, I have good habits in trying to keep everything in the condition I acquire them.

Unfortunately these things take like an hour to make if you want them to look nice and professional, so I'm gonna be doing the ones on my list at the top first. If I have time afterwards I'll consider others.

Next up will be Final Fantasy I-VI most likely, I already have the cover done for that, and it looks awesome

Same here... I used to have all my old systems and games, but I never played them, and already owned too much crap... so bye bye! I still act like a collector sometimes though.

should change the colour of the border, like the greatest hits, but white, like this, but without the inverted colours on the playstation family logo

Damn, the spine of that FF legacy I made looks cool as hell when printed out on heavy matte paper and shoved in a 4-dvd alpha case... rivals LOTR set

Need to buy yourself one of these for it to really look good tho

I like it, I really like it. But, I can't get over the I-VI when, well, it isn't. There is no FFIII.
