I'm almost finished with Final Fantasy X.

I just got done with...

Spoiler (Highlight or Triple Click to Read):
I'm at the point where I can go anywhere in the airship. I tried fighting Sin but I didn't feel like sitting here for another hour... so I shut it off.

...and it was totally fucking awesome!!

I just finished Super Mario Sunshine. Who knows what I'm going to play next.

I don't really feel like finishing Final Fantasy X yet.

Got Tony Hawk Underground tonight... seems cool so far, but I think I'm tired of the TH formula, modified or not... we'll see.

Also, was playing co-op Wolfenstein the othe night with my roomate, and can you believe you can't save in co-op? That is like the stupidest fucking thing...

I just finished Final Fantasy X. The difficulty post-Sin was entirely dissapointing but the ending was nice. I know I've said it before but I love the level system. It was fresh to me, someone who's used to the traditional level system, and added a lot to the enjoyment of this game.

I think I clocked in just under 60 hours, (though it took all summer to do it.) I didn't hit up many side quests but I did level up a lot.

Now I need to find another game to play.

Spoiler (Highlight or Triple Click to Read):
What's this "Tidus coming up from the water" shit at the end? Is he in X-2?

Sorry it took me so long.

For that price, definitely. I've gotten my $50 worth, so it's hard to imagine not getting enough mileage out of $30.

The side quests are very worth doing, and if you love the fighting and leveling systems, it's even more fun. The challenges later on are INSANE. And your spoiler question can only be answered with a HUGE FFX-2 spoiler, so let me know if you want that.

I just bought Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow, which is basically an expansion pack with ten new levels, new online modes, and the reason I wushed to get it: split-screen co-op. Even though I have Live, split-screen play (and hopefully link play eventually) with my roomate or another friend kicks it's ass all over the damn place. NO contest. The split-screen plays great too, especially on elite mode... tense as HELL.

Doom 3 is owning my ass right now. Not since Metroid Prime has a game made the hours fly by. And get this, my system is just barely running it. I only have a P3 1Ghz (well below the minimum requirements) with a Radeon 9600 Pro AIW and I'm still enjoying the fuck out of this game--choppiness and all!

I visit the Delta Labs tonight(I only play at night). And then, I'm going to Hell.

The other night I finished Sudeki, and I have to say that I was really pleased with the end result. I started off loving it, then I started to get irritated with it, but by the mid point the story was really kicking in, and I loved it all the way through to the end. I can't wait for the sequel.

Today I started playing Gladius, and so far it's pretty fun. I need to get deeper into it, thought, before I really know how I feel. Good so far though.

Oh, and ESPN NFL 2K5, but mainly when I only have a hour or so to kill. I'm 8-0 in mt franchise season with three catalogs unlocked.

Been playing Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow with my roomate on co-op and that's fun as hell... they really dropped the ball not having that on the first game.

Also playing some Serious Sam, which is pretty much as different an FPS as you can get. Shoot anything that moves! It's fun...

Lastly, we're trying to get a co-op game of Final Fantasy V going but it starts so slow...

Watch it! This is the kind of game that will easily make 3 hours blow right by without so much as a glance at the clock. It could turn into your "looking for a new job" game.

I'm suckin' pretty hard on Project Gotham Racing 2, lately.

All depends on where the wife is: if she's on the computer, it's PGR2. Watching TV - Doom3.

I played in the first person view on ESPN NFL 2K5 today. It was the first time I'd done that and it was quite a trip. I don't see how you can have any kind of passing game in that mode. It's fun to pass rush from that perspective though.

I'm in a gaming glut right now, and I'm loving evey minute of it!

I'm truckin' along in PGR2, still, but the Doom3 side of the house has slowed considerably.

I fired up PGR2 on-line for the first time, last night, and had a terrific time! I guess I don't suck as much as I thought I did, 'cause I was able to hold my own fairly well. I met a couple of great people, and a couple of wack-os. I even garnered a couple Friend invites. That's a fuzzy feeling!

I was able to intuitively set up a game and invite my friends. Ruined and I "met" a 14 year old Vegan with more issues than a newspaper. At least he was entertaining.

I thought he was a she up until the very end, around 1:30am ET. Weird. I guess puberty hasn't struck Mr. MityMigit without any rBGH to help him out.

NHL Hitz 20-02 - I have a created team named the Gulls that dominates anyone I play! My team includes a human named after myself, a shark named 'Sharky', a cow named 'Moo', an Egyptian named 'Tut', 'Frosty' the snowman, 'Klingon' the alien, and 'Goldberg' the clown goalie. So even though the game is almost 3 years past its prime now, I still keep coming back to my beloved team.

Half Life (PS2) - Decent. Some graphics are better, and it runs at a constant 60fps, but it has much more rough edges and jaggies. I never actually finished the PC classic, because I hate PC games, so maybe I'll get through it on PS2. But I doubt it.

Ragnarok Online - I downloaded the game to play the free trial... it's a MMORPG in a SNES sort of style. I like it, and if I were to ever play one on PC this would eb the obvious choice, but I'm more certain than ever that I just don't have the time. I mean... I played for hours and learned nothing.

I played through this one earlier this year as well. Wow! This has to be one of the most sorely underrated games of the last 10 years. Spooky, too.

I've put about 22 hours into Gladius, and man am I loving that game. It was marketed as an RPG, but it's not, so I don't know what that's all about. It's strictly turned based action. I guess if you build a character up then for some people that alone makes it an RPG. I tend to differ.

But, aside from that, I really do like the game. Each gladiator fight is it's own beast, and I love the depth of strategy that goes into it. At first, things like armor and weapon affinity ratings didn't matter, but as the fights have gotten tougher and tougher those things take on a greater importance. I'm glad I got the game, and for only $19.99.

I plopped Shadowrun into my SNES as well but it feels kind of awkward. We'll see how that goes this weekend.

This weekend I went a bit nuts with buying new games, and I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised with all of them. May Payne 2 is a fucking blast, XIII is much better than I'd thought it would be, and Tak really good too. Too many games to play, and more on the way. Ack!
