Just read this while doing a random Google search.

Apparently some major plot points (including the ending) were inadvertantly revealed thanks to a screwup on the part of Valve. They accidentally included a file from the HL2 single player game in the Source multiplayer beta release.

I hope this doesn't mean another delay.
