Name this game!

Okay, I think will shit my pants if anyone knows this off the top of their head.

Alright, here we go:
The game was for playstation 1.
It was a live action game (real actors, ect)
It was like a spoof of James Bond
The hero was a young goofy looking guy, looked like a young Dave Mathews ( I think).
It played like the Dragon Lairs games. Stuff happens and you need to decide what to do at the right moment.
One level was Skiing with guys shooting at you.


Okay, that is all I know. I need to know the name of this game cause I want to hunt it down and get it lol. Lets just say it has sentimental value to me Its not fun to play, but the comedy is pretty good, especially when you mess up and teh dude dies. HAHA.

So, anyone know?
